Gas-tight doors ASDAirmatic safety doors are used where gas-tight separation of rooms is required. The door system is particularly suitable for airlock areas with H₂O₂ fumigation due to its large glass pane. The door leaf consists of a laminated safety glass pane set in a stainless steel frame. The dynamic seal is integrated into the stainless steel frame. The frame is also welded from 1.4301 stainless steel and features radii for the Airmatic seal. The stainless steel door hinges, specially developed for this door system, incorporate the compressed air supply. No hose is visible from the outside. The pneumatic connection is also located within the frame. The door is mechanically held in place by a snap lock. Locking is achieved as standard by the contact force of the seal. The length and width can be customized up to a width of 1,200 mm and a height of 2,200 mm.
