Active material airlocks allow transfers between cleanroom areas. The recirculating air system exchanges the air inside several hundred times per hour, minimizing the risk of particle migration. This high air exchange rate allows for short dwell times. Mutual electrical interlocking of the doors prevents direct airflow between different cleanroom areas.
The traffic light with red and green LEDs makes operation intuitive. Our frameless tempered safety glass doors offer a clear view of the interior of the airlock and the goods inside from both sides. The well-designed construction allows for space-saving installation of two airlocks stacked on top of each other. The most popular sizes are 600 x 600 mm or 800 x 800 mm. However, thanks to the scalable design, many dimensions are possible, ensuring optimal space utilization in every case.
