Passive material airlocks, pass-throughs

Passive airlocks are the simplest design. Their advantage lies in their low maintenance requirements, as no ventilation system is installed. The mutual electrical interlocking of the doors prevents direct airflow between different cleanroom areas.
The traffic light with red and green LEDs makes operation intuitive. Our frameless tempered safety glass doors offer a clear view of the interior of the airlock and the goods inside from both sides. The well-designed construction allows for space-saving installation of two airlocks stacked on top of each other. The most popular sizes are 600 x 600 mm or 800 x 800 mm. However, thanks to the scalable design, many dimensions are possible, ensuring optimal space utilization in every case.
